〖多层式运动地板〗安装程序

 一、安装前：

?       地坪应保持干净、平整无裂缝且完全干燥。 底层地板的相对湿充不应超过45%。

?       安装时，周围环境的温度应保持在>18℃, 空气湿度保持在75%。

?      有没有环境影响下，底层地板温度必须在16℃至12℃之间。

?      Omnisports的安装：

?       Rolls have to be transported vertically while they should be stored “at the site” horizontally, and not to be stacked.

?       Before laying, let the cut-materials accumltize in room temperature for min. 24 hours.

?       安装由运动场中央开始，向两边进行。在运动场中央打上中心线，将卷材由中心向两边进行安装。

?       胶水应按规范操作，均匀地涂抹在地坪上。每次涂抹的面积不宜过大，否则未及时安装部分的胶水应凝结而不能完全与地材粘合。

?       Adhesive recommendations: HENKEL : K188.  UZIN: KE2000S.  Apply glue according the instructions given by the suppliers.

?       在铺设过程中，卷材应边到边保持对齐。

?       After laying, roll the surface with a 70kg stainless steel roller crosswise to ensure proper adhesion.  Also, remove the bubbles under the flooring material.

?       焊条的安装应在地板铺设完毕24后再进行。

?       当焊条安装完24小时后，将地面清洁干净，使用运动地板**油漆进行涂标。（注意：由于**油漆较难清除，请在涂标前仔细确认线条位置的准确性）。
