凹凸槽夹芯板是我公司为建造大中型冷库而设计的特别板型,用它与轻钢框架结合拼装冷库,其外型、面积、容积能够根据不同的需求自由设计。
-采用较深的凹凸槽结构,且泡沫结合紧密,提高了板材接缝处的绝缘气密性。
-凸槽深入凹槽30毫米,使每块板企口相连,无论作为墙板,还是吊顶板,均具有良好强度。
-墙板与顶板的搭接,墙板与钢架的加固,吊顶板与构架的吊装,均配有**组合附件和特别形式,以确保冷库绝缘气密和牢固安全。
T&G Jointing Sandwich Panel
Tongued and grooved (T&G) jointing sandwich panel was specially
designed by us for medium/large sized cold stores. Installed on the
light-steel frame, the panels can be easily designed to a cold
store with different appearance, size and volume.
-Deep T&G jointing and close contact of insulation material
ensure perfect sealing between panel joints.
-The depth of 30mm T&G jointing makes each panel a continuous
insulation and ensures perfect strength whatever the panel applied
as wall or ceiling.
-Special accessories and accessories methods have been adopted on
the connection between wall/ceiling, wall/steel frame and
ceiling/steel frame to ensure a perfect insulation and s secured
structure.
