五轴水刀

在五轴数控系统的支持下，同时协调X，Y，Z及A,C两个旋转轴，使水刀切割刀头能够向任意方向摆动，切割时，计算机根据被切割工件的材料密度和厚度实时计算，并控制切割刀头沿切割轨迹运行，实现对工件进行复杂形状的三维立体切割，如切斜面、倒角及切割高精度的圆锥面、圆弧面等复杂的空间曲面。使水刀达到更高的性能及给用户带来更好的效益。

Supported by the 5-axis NC system,in conjunction with X,Y,Z-axis and rotating A,C-axis at the same time,make cutting head of water jet swing in any direction.According to the density and thickness of the workpiece,it can control operation of the head along cutting track and do real-time calculation in working,to realize function for three-dimensional cutting of complex workpieces,like slope cutting,chamfering,high-precision conical face,circular face and other complex space surfaces.That makes the water jet in good performance and bring better benefits to the users.

水刀数控系统与切割平台

1.先进的机床设计，结构紧凑合理，高强度床身经应力时效处理，长期使用不变形。完善的防水，防尘设计，配合无间隙滚珠丝杠、直线导轨，确保切割时运行更稳定,加工精度高。
The machine tool has advanced design,compact and reasonable structure,high strength machine can work for long time without deformation after it is treated through stress aging.Possessing design of waterproof and dustproof,with seamless ball screw and linear guide,which can guarantee stably running and high precision in working.

2.X、Y、Z轴采用安川伺服电机驱动，X，Y轴采用自动润滑方式，维护简单，Y轴采用精确配对的双丝杆、双伺服电机驱动，载荷强劲，同步精度高。
Yaskawa servo motor is used for X,Y,Z-axis,and X,Y-axis adopts self-lubricating mode,which is easy maintenanced.Y-axis has exact double screw and double servo motor so that load is stronger and synchronized precision is higher.

3.水刀切割机床控制单元采用水刀**系统控制，windows 操作系统，工控机，人机界面配置，简单易学、操作方便。
Control unit of machine adopts dedicated system control,special software,IPC and man-machine interface. It is simple to operate and learn.

4.配备三轴、四轴、五轴切割方式及悬臂式和龙门式切割平台供选择。

2.先进的液压系统配置有风冷或水冷却循环装置，油温保护及多重过滤装置，保证压力持续稳定无波动、噪音低、切割效率高。
Advanced hydraulic system is configured with air-cooled and water-cooled cooling circulation system,oil temperature protection and multiple filter unit,which ensure the sustained and reliable pressure without fluctuation,low noise and higher cutting efficiency.

3.完善的多重安全保护系统，配置有低压超载断电保护、高压系统配置传感器及安全阀，以及超高压保护等多重报警和安全保护装置。
Good and multiple safety protection system, is composed of multiple alarm device such as low pressure with overload power-off protection , high pressure system with sensors and safety valve,and ultra-high pressure protection,etc.
